  • Identify causes or sources of stress (our stressors)
  • Recognise link between thoughts, feeling, behaviours and stress
  • Recognise signs and symptoms of our stress
  • Understand the adverse effects of unresolved stress, and how it can become chronic stress
  • Stop occasional stress becoming chronic stress
  • Practice and learn simple strategies for managing and reducing stress
  • Practice some fun techniques to release tension and stress.
  • Learn to live a calmer, happier life.
