Japanese Hand Massage Training

What is Japanese Hand Massage?

Japanese Hand Massage is actually more than just a hand massage - it is a stimulating and refreshing massage of the arms and hands using techniques taken from shiatsu and reflexology. You will experience massage techniques on the hands and arms incorporated with stretching and acupressure, and you will be surprised by the therapeutic effect these traditional techniques will have on you!

Like the feet, the hands are one of the most overused parts of our body and in general taken for granted and neglected. Japanese Hand Massage helps you to de-stress, to open energy channels and to create a general sense of balance and well being, and of course, to leave your hands and arms feeling refreshed and free from tension.  A full apanese Hand Massage lasts 30 or 45 minutes, or use just a few techniques to bring about benefits
